At tender and coordination stage, define the exact HJ deliverables: design responsibility, equipment and material submittals, builder's-work requirements, containment and power interfaces, cable and point schedules, network addressing, shop drawings, testing method, witnessing, defect close-out, as-built records, O&M information, training and warranty. Items not included in the accepted scope stay visibly excluded instead of being assumed.
CIDB's project-handover competency guidance treats inspection, testing and commissioning, defect lists, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and warranties as separate handover evidence.
