Can you combine CCTV, alarm and door access into one system?
Yes. Most of our projects combine two or more systems — CCTV with alarm, or door access with attendance — so they work together and, where supported, are monitored through the same app.
Do you handle the wiring, or just install the equipment?
We handle the complete installation, including cable runs, routing, and concealment where needed. Wiring is photographed and documented before handover.
Will I be shown how to use the system after installation?
Yes. Every installation includes a handover walkthrough where our technicians test the system with you and explain the mobile app and day-to-day use.
Is the installation work guaranteed?
Yes, our installation work carries a warranty — ask our team for the specific warranty period for your system during the site survey.
Can you service or upgrade a system installed by another company?
In most cases, yes. We assess the existing system first, then advise whether it can be serviced, expanded, or is better replaced outright.
Do you only do security systems, or other ELV work too?
